SUMMARY:Steez Creepfunk Christmas Returns!
LOCATION:822 S Water St.\, 822 South Water Street\, Milwaukee\, WI\, 53204
DESCRIPTION:Madison megajammers Steez return to the Harborfront for their a
nnual Milwaukee Christmas bash! The Madison-based five piece\, STEEZ\, con
sisting of Matt Williams (keyboards/synthesizers/talk box)\, Steve Neary (
guitar and vocals)\, Alex Roberts (drums)\, Chris Sell (bass)\, and Andrze
j Benkowski (saxophone\, keyboards\, vocals) is\, in the simplest terms an
 d the most convenient definitions\, a funk band\, a jamband\, a fusion ban
 d\, a disco-fanged multi-beast. Churning out their self-described Creepfun
k\, a high energy\, danceable variety of funk uniquely laced with electron
ic and improvisational sensibilities\, STEEZ has garnered a loyal followin
g throughout the Midwest performing at music festivals and to capacity cro
wds at rapidly growing venues. STEEZ repeatedly receives acclaim for their
live performances\, which typically include a seamless weaving of thought
fully composed originals and crowd pleasing covers spanning from Madonna t
o clever obscurities like Genialistid (Estonia). They are joined by opener
  and intermission master lukewarm (WiscoJazz.)
